Unfortunately the roulade was totally cold inside. It was pushed into the microwave again but it ruined our cozy evening a bit.

The nice staff welcomed us well and also served us quickly after we were seated. Drinks and food quickly filled our table. I was extremely satisfied with my meal and the portion size. The prices are also attractive.

We had beer and apple sprinkles. That was good. Nice service. Friendly waiters. A good bar to hang out

Very nice and thoughtful service, relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The salad is recommended and the dressing selection is sufficient. A little note on sustainability: milk for coffee in milk jugs, no more plastic portions.

Very nice place, was there for the first time. The food was on point. Was there with a large group. A steak was at the wrong cooking level, a new dish was served without hesitation, and apologized. Sometimes a bit noisy, but that's what makes the place. Very professional and competent service. Highly recommended, absolutely fair in price.

Authentic northern german cuisine at a reasonable price. Staff quite friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere, if a little dark during the daytime.

This restaurant is the best in town i suggest. They are famous with beer craft and pork knuckle, sausauge. Very crowd in christmas eve.

Delicious German cuisine, really liked the schnitzels, pot roast. Large portions, polite staff, pleasant atmosphere. You can eat at any time, which is important for tourists.

Great place. Really good German cuisine. You rarely find them nowadays. We were excited anyway. Sauerbraten, beef roulade and diplomat pan highly recommended. Praise to the chef. Also the service staff very attentive and friendly. Recommendation guaranteed

Place was pretty crowded and the service was really slow. Also credit cards did not work so prepare with cash. Food was okayish and especially pizzas have very nice base as they are done in stone oven.

Really big restaurant inside. The kitchen is really good and full of traditional German dishes. Good selection of German beers from all over Germany. The interior is interesting h full of photos from the German political scene of the past 60-70 years. The place is so big, it is almost guaranteed to find a spot. Loved the fast service.

Me and my friends were waiting at the entrance for around 10 minutes and one by one the waitresses just glanced at us and not even one greeted us and served us to go inside and be seated. I wouldn't recommend this place!!! 😡👎

Very well. In the evening very full should be reserved. Places are sought after.

Food is overpriced and is mehhh. There is nothing too special to draw me in. The good thing is that you can get away with finding a table even without reservations. Beer is always good.

3.5!!! It is hard to rate this place, it is very fresh and the staff is always friendly the food is not bad but also not wow, last time I had sausage and it was delicious. The breakfast is ok. I still go here, mostly because of the atmosphere. Prices are a bit high for what you get...sometimes...like I said...hard to rate. #insta.na.da

One of the best places to eat in Braunschweig.

The portion was sufficient. The schnitzel was okay and tasty, but the breaded came off or fell off. Otherwise everything will be fine again.

Love it. Food and drink are both excellent. It's kind of like being in Colonge and Dusseldorf at the same time, which is pretty cool, kind of.

Excellent, inexpensive lunch Menü. Good cooking, big portions. Very interesting interior. You will see the chancellors, people from politics, whimsical. Very nice waiter, food was brought very fast.
